For Back To School: FREE Kindle E-Book “I Hate Reading”
I Hate Reading is a humorous "how to" e-book for kids who find it hard to sit down and get through their daily reading requirement. All this week, in honor of Back To School, the e-book version of this title is avaialable free from Amazon from August 27 through August 31, 2012. The e-book price is normally $8.99.
The ideal reader of this book is a second grader who knows how to read but finds it diffiucult to get through a book, whether because he's too active to sit still or the words don't yet come easily. What is Kindle Lending Library?
In an effort to promote its Kindle titles, and encourage authors only to post their works on Amazon, Amazon has created a program called Kindle Owners' Lending Library. The Lending Library allows Kindle owners who are members of Amazon Prime to "borrow" e-books for free once a month. The can choose from among thousands of titles. On the authors' end of the deal, they have to agree to only make their title available for Kindle (not Nook or iOS).
If you're a Kindle owner who's a member of Prime, who has reluctant readers in the house, check out this funny e-book, this week only, for the price of $0.
